Contact form: your name, email address and the message you choose to send. We ask for nothing else.

Technical data: like every website, the server hosting sergiobosi.it automatically records access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser) for security and to run the service.

We use your name, email and message only to reply to your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR: request of the data subject / pre-contractual steps). We do not use them for newsletters, profiling or marketing.

Technical logs are processed under our legitimate interest in security and in the proper functioning of the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Messages received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months. Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for the period set by its security policies.

Data is not sold or disclosed. It may be processed by the providers that make the service possible, as data processors: the site's hosting and mail provider (Bluehost) and the email provider that receives the messages (Google, Gmail). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example standard contractual clauses).

This site does not use profiling, analytics or third-party cookies, and shows no consent banner because it does not need one.

It uses only technical cookies, which do not require consent: a security cookie (named like «humans_…») set by the hosting service's anti-bot system when you submit the contact form, needed to tell people from automated programs.

Fonts are hosted on the site itself (no requests to Google Fonts) and the turntable tracks are files on the site: no external streaming or video services are loaded while you browse.

Links to social networks and music platforms (Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X) open external sites, which have their own policies and cookies.

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and portability of your data by writing to sergiobosi@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
